Set rules that people see before they join.

Write and edit each rule separately.
Put the rules in whatever order works for your group.
When people join, they see the rules before the entry questions.

Group rules settings with two rules, Be kind and assume good intent and Share tools and space fairly, each with Edit and delete buttons, and a Create new rule button. — Admins write, edit and reorder the rules shown on the community profile.
