Sensitive media
Hide media that has a warning, always show media, or always hide media until you reveal it.
- The media setting has three options.
- A content warning on a post and a warning on its media are set separately.
See all screensSettings for autoplay, showing sensitive media and previews from other sites. This shows the top part of the settings page. -
Video autoplay
Decide whether videos in posts and comments start playing on their own.
- Turn autoplay off if you'd rather start each video yourself.
See all screensMedia settings for autoplay, sensitive content and previews from other sites. The community content here is made up. -
External media previews

-
Personal access tokens
Give an integration a token with the access it needs.
- Give the token a name and an expiration.
- Limit its global permissions, its group permissions and which groups it can use.
- Review or revoke tokens without giving an integration your password.
You'll see a new token's secret only once. Keep it somewhere safe, because we won't show it again.
The token dialog has settings for when it expires and for limiting its permissions. We didn't create a token. Shown with sample community content. -
Sessions and phone sign-in
See your active sessions, disconnect one of them, and connect a mobile app with a QR code.
- Each session shows the browser or app, location info and when it was active.
- The QR code option shows up for your current session on desktop and tablet.
QR sign-in also needs the mobile app to support it.
The session list shows this device and the control for linking a mobile device. We didn't generate a QR code. The community content here is made up. -
Storage and upload limits
See how much media storage your profile uses and how much you can still upload.
- An overview explains your current storage and upload limits.
- If the server allows it, you can ask for a higher quota.
Each server sets its own limits and quota rules. The full list of tiers isn't shown yet.
The storage overview shows how much you use and where you send a quota request. This uses sample community content. -
Your uploads
Browse your media in a grid or list, preview files, and select several files to act on at once.
- Filter by the media types the API supports today.
- Download or delete one file or a whole selection.
- A summary keeps your storage use in view.
You can't search by name, change the sort order, find unused files or see a chart of storage by type yet. Some filters are approximate.

Download your social data
Export your connections and saved data as CSV files that work with Mastodon.
- This covers accounts you follow, lists, bookmarks, muted accounts, blocked accounts and blocked domains.
- Keep the files as a backup, or import them on another compatible server.
Options you set for each follow, such as boosts, notifications and languages, export at their defaults.
The export page lists the social data you can download. We didn't request an export. The community content here is made up. -
Move your account to Welley
The migration guide helps you add an alias, import data and move followers.
- Import a Welley archive or posts file if you have one.
- Import your social data from compatible CSV files.
- The guide helps you start moving your followers from your old server.
Your old server handles the follower move. Options you set for each follow go back to their defaults. Importing an archive only works if its format is compatible.

Move away and keep a copy
Redirect your profile to another Fediverse account, and download your posts or your full archive.
- First, add your old account as an alias on your new account.
- Followers switch to your new account as the move reaches their servers.
- Download your posts as JSON or a full .tar.gz archive to import separately.
You can move an account once every 30 days. Your posts don't move automatically. If you cancel a redirect, followers who already moved don't come back.
See all screensThe account move page, with the form for the new account and an explanation of how followers move over. We didn't start a move. Shown with sample community content.
