# Server roles and permissions

Give your staff the permissions they need.

-   Make and edit server roles with permissions for each resource and action.
-   See who holds each role and take a role away from someone.
-   In the admin panel, read access and management access are separate permissions.

The default roles are admin, moderator and user. Duplicate one to make a custom role.
