Direct messages

# Know who gets the message

Pick who's in the conversation before you write. Typing a mention doesn't add someone as a recipient.

- The message goes to the people on the member list.
- You don't need to repeat their handles in the message.
- Incoming messages still show recipient addresses that Welley couldn't resolve.

Direct conversations use the optional chats app. Your server needs to install it and turn on rooms.

Each conversation has a set list of members. Only those people get its messages.
