# Scheduled posts

The server can save posts and chains to publish later.

-   With the scheduling API, you can create, edit or cancel a scheduled item, or publish it right away.
-   The server publishes the saved content at the scheduled time.
-   Group approval and moderation checks still apply when it's published.

The web app doesn't have a page for managing scheduled posts yet. You can schedule posts through the API.

With pre-moderation on, members' posts wait in a queue until a moderator approves them. Scheduled posts are only available through the API.
