# Room tools

Keep the chat, shared files, links and member list in one place.

-   Room details have Files, Links and Members tabs.
-   You can mute a room, react to messages and reply in threads.
-   Rooms in local groups have presence and typing indicators.

Rooms have to be turned on. Rooms in remote groups don't have presence or typing indicators.

The room menu opens the room's shared files, links and members. Staff can also close, rename or delete the room.
