# AI models and connected tools

Pick the providers, models and tools your group can use.

- Group settings have sections for AI models, MCP servers and AI tools.
- Set up connected tools for supported AI workflows.
- Group permissions decide who can manage this setup.

Which providers and tools you can use depends on how the server is set up.

Groups pick AI providers and the models their bots may use. No provider is set up here.

Group AI bots can use tools from MCP servers, either a built-in preset with its API key or a custom server. None is connected here.

Admins decide where AI image generation is allowed, which model it uses and how many images each person can make per day.
