# Who can see an event

Let anyone find it, share it by direct link, or limit who can see it.

-   Personal events can be Public, Unlisted or Invite-only.
-   Group events can be Public, Unlisted or Private.
-   In a private group, only members can see its events.

Unlisted events can still show up in their event list and open from a link. They stay out of global discovery.

A personal event can be public, unlisted or invite-only.

A group event can be public, unlisted or private to the group's members.
